I just wanted to drop you a quick note. We had Tony Adwan supply us with 3d custom last year and we were very impressed with the software and found Tony to be exceptional across the board whether it be sales, service or his knowledge of the industry.

 

After a short time we could see how much this software had enhanced our small business. We just purchased the new Leda CNC, this decision was made very easily knowing that we would have Tony sorting out the tool path side of things. The installation of the machine and the software was a bit over a week ago. My computer was playing some funny games and the CNC was not holding the small pieces well but Tony’s can do attitude had this all sorted like it was just a bump in the road. I would like to thank you and your staff for some great software, backed by what I believe to be the best customer care in the game.

After spending a lot of time researching various programs we have not looked back after purchasing 3D Kitchen. We found it very user friendly after the training and we can adapt it to any job no matter what the client requires even change the way that we make cabinets.

 

We are now pricing jobs with 100% accuracy and producing jobs with 100% accuracy, not only have we been extremely happy with the product and the service we get it is one of the very few programs that can grow with us as we buy new machinery.

We have been using the 3D Kitchen program for two years now, We find being able to show the customer a 3D design of their kitchen is  a massive selling point  We always had the problem where the customer would say "I cant picture what you are talking about".

 

Now we get them in to look at the design.

 

3D Kitchen does cutting lists, optimises board and even prices the kitchen for you.

 

The program is a large contributing factor to the success of our family business

Hunters Kitchens and Bathrooms supply cabinet making services to Central Queensland and the Western mining areas of Central Queensland.  Since installing 3D Kitchen   in November, 1999, we have been able to provide each quote with a 3d drawing of the proposed bathroom or kitchen. Our clients have enjoyed the convenience of viewing their kitchens and bathrooms prior to even accepting a quote.  We believe this has boosted our sales to a great degree and added a level of professionalism we were unable to achieve prior to this program being used.

Working with 3D Kitchen   has proven relatively easy to work with.  I had only basic use of computers prior to installing 3D Kitchen.  Following two days training, I am proud to say I was relatively proficient in the working of the 3D Kitchen   Chris Adams from 3D Kitchen has always been very helpful in new drawings, upgrades and ongoing advice and assistance.

My staff find the cutting lists to be very user friendly and on difficult door cutting lists, the optimiser becomes very handy.  Further, my quoting process has become that much more accurate.

We have no hesitation in recommending Chris and the 3D Kitchen   Program to anyone in this or similar industries.  It is a powerful marketing tool.

We have been using 3D Kitchen for the last 2 years and we are more than satisfied with the results we have gained from it. Learning to operate it was easy with only a few hours needed to learn the basics and Chris is always only a phone call away to answer a questions. There is also a tutorial you can refer to.

Chris has built us our own library of units, suited to our construction methods, which we add to all the time. This we do over the Internet in just a few hours. As cutting lists are derived from the drawings, accuracy and time savings are achieved.

The 3D drawings are a great selling tool with the customers as what they see is what they get. Customer  individual colour schemes  can also be featured.

We would have no hesitation in referring Chris and 3D Kitchen  to anyone interested in speeding up their costing, drawings cut out lists and optimizing of their jobs.
